The two left-handers then took over, starting with Hetmyer who walked in at three and made the most of the time in the middle. He was involved in a 126-run partnership with King to set the stage for some late fireworks from Rutherford. Just when it looked like South Africa were pulling things back, Rutherford walked out and finished with a bang. It’s a big target but South Africa have plenty of firepower too.
